What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Advanced degree preferred).
8-10 years of experience in platform or architecture roles.
5+ years in leadership, senior, or lead roles requiring people management.
Experience leading complex enterprise IT projects, programs, and digital transformation initiatives.
Experience in IT service delivery, operations, process improvement, and managing vendor relationships.
Experience with agile methodologies, change management, and building teams in matrix organizational structures.
Experience in regulated environments, such as GMP or FDA-regulated settings (preferred).
Industry credentials such as PMP, ITIL, or relevant technical certifications (preferred).
