What you'll do

Lead multiple platform teams to standardize middleware patterns and client libraries for various consumer teams.
Establish group-level guardrails for APIs, SDKs, deprecation strategies, and upgrade playbooks.
Sponsor shared observability frameworks, capacity models, and error-budget posture across the organization.
Provide technical guidance on software architecture decisions, performance optimization, and scalability strategies.
Manage the investigation and troubleshooting of complex product maintenance issues and customer defects.
Implement secure software development practices to prevent vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Oversee periodic maintenance, testing, and patching for systems to ensure service availability and reliability.
Manage large-scale projects by setting priorities, monitoring timelines, and aligning deliverables with business needs.

What we're looking for

10+ years of experience.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Experience leading multiple platform teams to standardize middleware patterns and client libraries.
Experience designing and developing software systems, services, and scalable architectures.
Experience managing large-scale projects, including monitoring timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
Experience implementing secure software development practices and enforcing coding standards.
