Senior Manager, IT QA- Regulatory Assurance

What you'll do

• Lead the design and implementation of advanced automation solutions to streamline Software Lifecycle activities.
• Oversee validation strategy development and harmonize quality processes across the enterprise.
• Drive audit and inspection support, including leading responses to findings and managing CAPA solutions.
• Optimize use of vendor documentation and manage partner relationships for compliance with SLAs.
• Utilize metrics and KPIs to monitor IT system health and drive data-driven decisions for improvement.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree with 8 years’ experience or Master's Degree with 7 years’ experience.
• Expertise in SQA, CSV, investigations, auditing, and regulatory assurance.
• At least 2 years of formal people management leading quality professionals.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute policy frameworks at the enterprise level.
• Advanced knowledge of cloud computing, automated testing, AI/ML applications, and CSA practices.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and overseeing vendor/partner relationships.
• Strong communication skills with success engaging executive sponsors and stakeholders.
