What we're looking for
Must have 10+ years of progressive software engineering and quality assurance experience.
Must have 5+ years of experience leading QA organizations of 40+ resources.
Must have demonstrable experience architecting and executing a large-scale manual-to-automation transformation.
Must have deep, hands-on expertise with modern automation tooling, CI/CD pipeline integration, and testing large-scale, multi-tier, service-oriented architectures.
Experience evaluating and implementing GenAI tooling to accelerate test script generation and optimize test data management (preferred).
Prior experience in large-scale government or healthcare domains with a strong understanding of vendor-client dynamics and compliance (preferred).
Familiarity with modern automation frameworks like Playwright or Cypress and shift-left API testing strategies (preferred).
Experience with enterprise stacks including Java, Jira, GitHub, and DB2 on large-scale applications (preferred).
