The Senior Manager, eQMS Technologies joins the team to enable data-driven quality and compliance decisions across the enterprise by developing and deploying advanced analytics, AI-enabled insights, and measurement solutions. This role involves partnering with Quality, Business Technology Services, and process owners to execute the quality data strategy, improve data accessibility, and build automated reporting, dashboards, and KPI frameworks. The position focuses on identifying quality and compliance risks through trend, anomaly, and predictive risk signals while establishing data definitions and governance for key datasets. Required skills include data modeling, descriptive and inferential statistics, and experience in regulated environments. Preferred technical proficiencies include Power BI, SQL, and Python or R. The work addresses the business problem of proactive risk management and global regulatory compliance within R&D quality systems.
Develop and execute quality analytics and AI roadmaps aligned with R&D and enterprise priorities.
Build and maintain automated reporting, dashboards, and KPI frameworks to monitor eQMS health and compliance.
Develop advanced analytics and AI capabilities to identify quality and compliance risks early.
Translate business needs into analytics requirements, data products, and insight-driven actions with process owners.
Establish data definitions, quality controls, and governance for key quality datasets and metrics.
Enable self-service use of dashboards and insights through training, playbooks, and documentation.
Review and approve SLC documentation to ensure compliant use of data and models in regulated environments.
Assess the adoption and performance of analytics solutions using statistical methods and root cause analysis.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, Business, Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, or a relevant course of study.
5–7 years of experience in quality systems, engineering, data/analytics, or business support in a regulated environment.
Demonstrated experience developing metrics, dashboards, and analytical insights for process performance and compliance monitoring.
Working knowledge of data fundamentals including data modeling, data quality, governance, and analytical methods like descriptive/inferential statistics.
Experience with BI and analytics tooling like Power BI, query languages like SQL, and scripting in Python or R (preferred).
Experience applying machine learning/AI techniques to operational quality problems and understanding model lifecycle considerations (preferred).
Experience implementing or enhancing computerized QA/eQMS solutions with a focus on data enablement and insights (preferred).
Knowledge of Risk Management principles and Quality Systems knowledge (preferred).
