The Senior Manager, eQMS Technologies is responsible for enabling data-driven quality and compliance decisions across the enterprise by developing advanced analytics, AI-enabled insights, and measurement solutions. Working with Quality, Business Technology Services, and process owners, the individual will define the quality data strategy, improve data accessibility, and build automated reporting, dashboards, and KPI frameworks to monitor eQMS health and performance. The role involves developing predictive risk signals, establishing data governance, and providing training for self-service insights. Key technical requirements include proficiency in data modeling, descriptive and inferential statistics, and trend analysis. Preferred skills include experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, or R, as well as applying machine learning techniques to operational quality problems like signal detection and risk prediction within a regulated environment to ensure global regulatory compliance and proactive risk management.
Develop and execute quality analytics and AI roadmaps aligned with enterprise priorities.
Build and maintain automated reporting, dashboards, and KPI frameworks to monitor eQMS health and compliance.
Create advanced analytics and AI capabilities to identify trend, anomaly, and predictive risk signals.
Translate business needs into specific analytics requirements and data products in partnership with stakeholders.
Establish data definitions, quality controls, and governance for key quality datasets and metrics.
Enable self-service usage of dashboards through training, playbooks, and technical documentation.
Review and approve SLC documentation to ensure compliant use of data and models in regulated environments.
Evaluate the performance of analytics solutions using statistical methods and root cause analysis to drive improvement.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, Business, Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, or a relevant field of study.
5–7 years of experience in quality systems, engineering, data/analytics, or business support in a regulated environment.
Demonstrated experience developing metrics, dashboards, and analytical insights for process performance and compliance monitoring.
Working knowledge of data fundamentals including modeling, quality, governance, and analytical methods like descriptive/inferential statistics and trend analysis.
Experience with BI and analytics tooling (e.g., Power BI) and query languages (SQL); scripting in Python or R is a plus (preferred).
Experience applying machine learning/AI techniques to operational quality problems and understanding of model lifecycle considerations (preferred).
Experience implementing or enhancing computerized QA/eQMS solutions with a focus on data enablement and insights (preferred).
Knowledge of Risk Management principles, Quality Systems, and tools that influence decision making (preferred).
