What we're looking for

  • Minimum 6 years of Information Systems/Technology and/or Engineering experience required.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in computer system validation and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience translating operational goals into actionable strategies using digital technologies.
  • Demonstrated capability in managing complex, simultaneous projects with successful delivery.
  • Expertise in driving inspection readiness efforts and maintaining constant compliance state.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging stakeholders, senior management, and leading teams.
