Senior Manager, Information Systems Technology Regulatory Compliance Lead

What you'll do

• Lead the strategy for computer system validation (CSV), regulatory compliance, and inspection readiness for the technology organization.
• Ensure all digital technologies and services align with global quality standards and corporate procedures.
• Manage the lifecycle of digital platform implementations including resource management, risk mitigation, and financial oversight.
• Oversee technical service requirements such as data integrity, system reliability, and validation protocols.
• Design and implement support models for managing vendor and third-party relationships.
• Establish performance metrics to drive continuous improvement across technology operations.
• Deliver scalable technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and align with business needs.
• Mentor team members and serve as a subject matter expert on regulatory compliance topics.

What we're looking for

• A Doctorate degree and 2 years of Information Systems, Technology, or Engineering experience.
• A Master’s degree and 4 years of Information Systems, Technology, or Engineering experience.
• A Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of Information Systems, Technology, or Engineering experience.
• An Associate’s degree and 10 years of Information Systems, Technology, or Engineering experience.
• A high school diploma/GED and 12 years of Information Systems, Technology, or Engineering experience.
• Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries is preferred.
• Expertise in computer system validation (CSV), regulatory compliance, and inspection readiness is preferred.
• Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders and present updates to senior leadership are required.
