What you'll do

  • Act as IT Product Owner/Manager, overseeing vendor deliverables and quality assurance.
  • Define functional and solution requirements in collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and assess value realization of technology solutions.

What we're looking for

  • At least 8 years of IT experience in enterprise environments or equivalent education
  • Proven ability to manage global stakeholders and build strong partnerships
  • Strong understanding of Medical Affairs domains and related platforms (Veeva MedComms, Appian)
  • Experience with AI/ML technologies and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
  • Deep knowledge of GxP requirements and 21 CFR Part 11 standards
  • Expertise in business process engineering, product management, and project delivery
