Senior Manager, IT Business Analysis - Medical Affairs

What you'll do

• Lead business requirements gathering and needs analysis for global Medical Affairs functions.
• Develop and maintain technology roadmaps and demand plans aligned to strategic priorities.
• Drive business case development, prioritization, and resource planning for new initiatives.
• Analyze current processes and systems to recommend improvements based on industry trends.
• Act as the IT Product Owner for Medical Affairs technology solutions and manage vendor deliverables.
• Create and maintain process flows, functional requirements, and use cases for engineering teams.
• Support RFP processes, vendor evaluations, and compliance assessments including GxP and security standards.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of delivery including testing, deployment, training, and post-implementation optimization.

What we're looking for

• High School Degree and experience, Associate's and , Bachelor's and , or Master's and are accepted.
• A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is preferred.
• Experience in business systems analysis, planning, budgeting, and resource coordination is required.
• Medical Affairs domain experience and commercial domain experience are preferred.
• Knowledge of GxP, validation, and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements is required.
• Proficiency with platforms such as Veeva MedComms, iEnvision, Appian, AWS, and Azure is preferred.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies and platforms like AWS SageMaker is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and solution delivery frameworks is required.
