Senior Business Analyst

What you'll do

• Gather and document business requirements, epics, and features by partnering with subject matter experts and domain leaders.
• Review IT-authored user stories and tasks to ensure alignment with documented business requirements.
• Identify use cases and functional impacts across various systems and processes.
• Support the identification of delivery teams and solution components required to implement approved requirements.
• Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans and test cases to validate solution accuracy.
• Track and communicate UAT defects, issues, and retesting status through to final resolution.
• Create business communication, change management, training, and procedure update materials.
• Communicate risks, issues, and gaps to cross-functional partners to ensure business readiness.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience in a Business Analyst or similar role supporting Annuity and Life Insurance New Business technology-enabled initiatives.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements with stakeholder input.
• Hands-on experience supporting UAT planning, execution, and issue tracking.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and dependencies.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
