Translate business priorities into actionable Data, Analytics, AI, and Data Product initiatives across multiple business functions.
Establish and scale a Data Product delivery model using product-centric and design thinking practices.
Provide technical leadership and conceptual solution design for scalable data and analytics capabilities.
Lead the identification, assessment, and development of AI and Generative AI opportunities and use cases.
Drive the adoption of modern data engineering principles and platform capabilities like Databricks and Lakehouse technologies.
Manage the portfolio of initiatives by leading intake, prioritization, and investment trade-off discussions.
Champion a business-led data governance model to promote ownership and stewardship of critical data assets.
Partner with Architecture and Corporate IT teams to align solution strategies with enterprise technology capabilities.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
Master’s degree (preferred).
10+ years of progressive experience in Data & Analytics leadership roles with foundations in Data Engineering, Architecture, Analytics, Management, and Governance.
Demonstrated hands-on experience delivering enterprise-scale data and analytics solutions prior to moving into leadership roles.
Expertise in modern data architectures, cloud-based analytics ecosystems, and technologies such as Databricks, Snowflake, and Amazon Redshift.
Strong experience with AWS cloud services and architectures supporting enterprise Data & Analytics platforms.
Hands-on experience with Databricks, including Lakehouse architecture principles, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and modern data governance practices.
Experience establishing and scaling Data Products, Data Mesh principles, and business-led data governance practices.
Experience in the healthcare industry, including regulated environments involving patient or clinical data (preferred).
Experience with enterprise analytics and business intelligence platforms like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense (preferred).
Familiarity with modern GenAI and LLM frameworks, including evaluating or implementing AI solutions within enterprise environments (preferred).
Exposure to applied AI/ML initiatives, including model governance, MLOps concepts, or responsible AI practices (preferred).
Experience with Customer Data Platform (CDP) technologies (preferred).
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills to influence senior business executives and IT leadership (preferred).
