Sr. IT Manager, Global Data and Analytics serves as a strategic leader within the Global Data & Analytics organization to accelerate business value through data, analytics, artificial intelligence, and generative AI. This role acts as a critical connector between business stakeholders and technical teams across functions like R&D, Supply Chain, and Finance. You will establish and scale a data product delivery model using design thinking, champion modern data engineering principles, and oversee the development of scalable, AI-ready solutions. What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
Master’s degree is preferred.
10+ years of progressive experience in Data & Analytics leadership roles including Data Engineering, Architecture, Management, and Governance.
Demonstrated hands-on experience delivering enterprise-scale data and analytics solutions prior to moving into leadership roles.
Expertise in modern data architectures, cloud-based analytics ecosystems, and product-oriented delivery models using Databricks, Snowflake, or Amazon Redshift.
Strong experience with AWS cloud services and architectures supporting enterprise Data & Analytics platforms.
Hands-on experience with Databricks, including Lakehouse architecture principles, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and modern data governance practices.
Proven ability to lead through influence and drive alignment across complex global matrix organizations.
