Senior Manager, Tech Risk & Analysis

What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end controls lifecycle management process to ensure adherence to Enterprise Control Standards.
• Oversee comprehensive design assessments for new controls to ensure they are well-built and ready for testing.
• Lead a team of risk professionals in creating and updating controls to manage system risks.
• Assess the impact of control changes on regulatory gap assessments, processes, and systems of record.
• Build and monitor data quality metrics to ensure control information is complete and accurate.
• Partner with analytics teams to identify and implement automated solutions for proactive risk management.
• Develop content and responses for internal audit and regulatory agency inquiries regarding controls.
• Drive project delivery including reporting, facilitating leadership meetings, and drafting materials for the Board of Directors.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or military experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in technology, cybersecurity, auditing, risk management, or related fields.
• Risk certifications such as CRISC, CISM, CRCM, CIPP, or ABA Risk Mgmt (preferred).
• At least 6 years of experience supporting and interacting with internal stakeholders (preferred).
• At least 3 years of Financial Services industry experience (preferred).
• Experience applying automation in risk management (preferred).
• Experience with Cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure (preferred).
