The Sr Manager, Ecosystem Product Owner joins the Data Analytics & Computational Sciences team to shape how data is organized, governed, and accessed across the organization. This role focuses on building a data ecosystem for the MedTech Supply Chain, connecting business priorities with technology delivery. You will develop the product vision, roadmap, and backlog while translating business needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Key responsibilities include partnering with data engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, and privacy teams to define data flows, metadata, lineage, and data quality. You will guide the design of APIs and platform integrations to support digital solutions. Required skills include data governance, data modeling, and systems integration. You must navigate complex requirements in a regulated environment using Agile product delivery and cross-functional collaboration.
Develop and communicate the product vision, priorities, and roadmap for assigned data ecosystem capabilities.
Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery priorities.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, risk, and delivery readiness.
Partner with data engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, and governance teams throughout the design and delivery process.
Define business expectations for data flows, metadata, lineage, data quality, and integration.
Guide the design of APIs, platform integrations, and data-consumption patterns for digital solutions.
Prepare documentation and governance inputs for design reviews, compliance activities, and release readiness.
Support analysts and product team members through coaching, feedback, and clear direction.
What we're looking for
A bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information systems, engineering, healthcare technology, or a related field is required.
A Master's degree is preferred.
Candidates must have at least seven years of experience in digital product management, enterprise data, systems integration, data governance, or technology-enabled business delivery.
Experience working with engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, privacy, governance, or platform teams in a matrixed organization is required.
Experience translating business needs into functional requirements, user stories, data flows, or integration requirements is required.
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both business and technology audiences is required.
Ability to lead cross-functional discussions and influence decisions without direct authority is required.
Experience with modern data platforms, metadata management, data quality, APIs, or data governance is preferred.
