Senior Manager, Commercial Data & Insights

What you'll do

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and prioritization for assigned commercial data products.
• Define success metrics and measure product adoption, quality, and business value delivery.
• Translate business end-user needs into actionable product requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Specify data models, critical data elements, hierarchies, and business rules to maximize customer value.
• Establish data quality metrics and engage data owners on improvement initiatives.
• Build go-to-market plans including documentation, training, and enablement strategies.
• Act as a product evangelist to ensure commercial users leverage data for better decision-making.

What we're looking for

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field required.
• Advanced degree and/or MBA preferred.
• Required 7+ years in digital product management, data product management, or commercial operations with proven ability to ship products.
• Strong product fundamentals including discovery, roadmapping, prioritization, agile methodologies, and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of commercial data domains or willingness to learn quickly.
• Experience defining requirements, managing cross-functional teams, and working with technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CRM/CXM platforms, master data management, or data governance frameworks (preferred).
• Experience in life sciences, MedTech, or B2B environments (preferred).
