Senior AI Engineer, Platform

What you'll do

• Design, implement, and optimize solutions across IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Build, operate, and maintain platforms that power analytics and AI workloads.
• Monitor platform performance, observability, costs, and resource utilization to identify optimization opportunities.
• Implement and maintain security controls, including RBAC and industry-standard frameworks, to protect sensitive data.
• Manage customer requests and maintain service standards to deliver high-quality platform support.
• Document operational procedures, guidelines, and reusable patterns for internal teams and vendors.
• Support AI/ML platform workloads including Machine Learning, Data Science, and Generative AI concepts.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2–4 years of Platform Administration and/or Cloud Engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and Kubernetes administration, deployment, scaling, and monitoring in production.
• Experience administering public cloud platforms and implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Familiarity with Machine Learning, Data Science, Generative AI, and Agentic AI concepts.
• Strong collaboration, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong foundation or administration of Unix (preferred).
