Senior Manager, Data/AI Solution Architect

What you'll do

• Translate business needs from HR, Compliance, and Legal functions into practical AI solution designs.
• Build, fine-tune, and evaluate LLM models based on regulatory requirements and internal corporate content.
• Design and maintain retrieval-augmented (RAG) knowledge bases using policy libraries and compliance frameworks.
• Engineer secure, scalable data pipelines for processing diverse content types across enterprise support functions.
• Develop automated capabilities for document review, summarization, and risk flagging with traceable citations.
• Direct execution through engineers and vendor partners to move AI solutions into production at scale.
• Establish evaluation frameworks, accuracy benchmarks, and guardrails to ensure trustworthy and auditable outputs.
• Implement MLOps practices including model deployment, monitoring, versioning, and reusable architecture standards.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree and eight years of experience or a Master's Degree and six years of experience.
• Experience building LLM/generative-AI applications including fine-tuning, RAG, and prompt engineering (preferred).
• Strong programming skills in Python and modern ML frameworks (preferred).
• Experience designing knowledge bases and retrieval systems over large structured and unstructured sources (preferred).
• Experience with AWS cloud AI platforms and MLOps tooling (preferred).
• Solid data engineering fundamentals including pipelines, data modeling, and large-scale processing (preferred).
• Experience delivering solutions across multiple business functions and leading delivery through engineering teams or partners (preferred).
• Experience in regulated industries like pharmaceutical or biotech with knowledge of compliance and governance (preferred).
