What you'll do

Lead the architecture and end-to-end implementation of complex software solutions across multiple teams.
Deliver production AI and agentic applications using ADK and LangGraph for orchestration and stateful workflows.
Define and enforce REST API design standards, including versioning and backward compatibility.
Lead UI engineering to build scalable front-end components that meet performance and accessibility standards.
Write high-quality, production-ready code in Python while conducting rigorous design and code reviews.
Ensure system resiliency through performance tuning, observability, and incident response management.
Establish quality controls and guardrails for AI applications intended for production use.
Improve the SDLC toolchain by optimizing CI/CD, test automation, and security scanning processes.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
Expert-level proficiency in Python for building backend services in enterprise environments (Python preferred).
Mandatory hands-on experience building, operating, and maintaining production AI applications using ADK and LangGraph.
Strong hands-on UI engineering experience building modern web applications with a focus on performance and accessibility.
Experience in system design, API design (FastAPI/REST), and developing microservices for large-scale systems.
Proficiency in relational databases like Postgres with strong SQL fundamentals for performance and reliability.
Knowledge of agile methodologies, CI/CD, application resiliency, and security-by-design practices.
Experience building and operating cloud-based applications on AWS (preferred); experience with containers and CI/CD in production (preferred).
