What you'll do

Design and develop innovative software solutions to address complex technical challenges.
Provide production support including batch job management, incident troubleshooting, and data delivery resolution.
Drive the adoption and governance of AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality and delivery speed.
Lead automation efforts for monitoring, reporting, and operational tasks to enhance system resiliency.
Analyze large datasets to develop visualizations and reports that support continuous system improvement.
Define and implement quality metrics for data processing, API validation, and cloud migration with QA teams.
Oversee release management and software development lifecycle activities using Jules and Jenkins pipelines.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
At least 3 years of software engineering experience focusing on automation, monitoring, and incident management.
Mandatory hands-on expertise in Python, Snowflake, Cassandra, Databricks, AWS, and SQL for building solutions.
Expert level in Cassandra management, Databricks Workflows, Unity Catalog, AWS Lambda, Step Functions, and REST APIs.
Demonstrated experience leading the use of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and coaching others on compliant usage.
Databricks certified with strong knowledge of Databricks and AWS components.
Skilled in job scheduling tools such as Autosys and Airflow.
Experienced in performance monitoring and capacity management using Grafana, Splunk, and Dynatrace.
