What you'll do

Design and develop high-quality, secure production code and algorithms for scalable systems.

Implement AI/ML delivery best practices alongside standard software engineering methodologies.
Troubleshoot complex technical problems by developing non-conventional solutions beyond routine approaches.
Analyze large, diverse datasets to identify patterns and drive improvements in system architecture.
Utilize SDLC toolchains and automation capabilities to improve operational efficiency across teams.
Manage the development and deployment of machine learning models and data pipelines.

What we're looking for

Formal training and certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
2+ years of experience leading technologists to manage and solve complex technical items within a domain of expertise.
Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in large corporate environments using modern programming and database querying languages.
Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools to create, validate, and refine outputs for performance and security.
Solid understanding of agile methodologies including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
Knowledge of Machine Learning modeling, Spark cluster optimization, and Databricks for data pipelines and model deployment.
Experience with AWS services (EMR, EC2, S3, CloudWatch) and high-volume Java Spring Boot API solutions (preferred).
