You will utilize Python, multi-agent frameworks like LangGraph or AutoGen, and tools such as GitHub Copilot to solve complex infrastructure problems. The role requires deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure across public and private clouds to modernize technology processes. You will ensure all automated routines are validated, traceable, and secure while leveraging the CDAO Fusion Studio platform.

What you'll do

Build software-defined platforms to manage and automate technology across the Retail Branch network.
Design and develop agentic workflows and MCP tool integrations for next-generation branch technology.
Transition the existing C#, .NET, and PowerShell estate toward an agentic-first platform.
Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to analyze complex infrastructure signals and document mitigation options.
Establish practices and patterns that make AI-native development the standard across the engineering team.
Architect and implement changes to modernize organizational technology processes and resolve infrastructure issues.
Lead the adoption of AI-assisted automation routines while ensuring all outputs are validated, traceable, and secure.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification in infrastructure engineering concepts.
5+ years of applied experience in infrastructure engineering.
7+ years of experience in software engineering with strong hands-on delivery.
Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support infrastructure workflows while ensuring data security.
Experience building agentic or LLM-integrated systems in production environments.
Working knowledge of multi-agent frameworks such as Google ADK, LangGraph, or AutoGen.
Experience with MCP tool integration or tool-calling API patterns.
Proficiency in Python and familiarity with C#, .NET, or PowerShell.
