Senior Lead Cyber Security Engineering

What you'll do

• Lead the Workforce Security solutions team to develop authentication and access management solutions.
• Drive the development of identity solutions using Zero Trust, least privilege, and defense in depth principles.
• Review and provide security consultation on identity and access management solutions proposed by stakeholders.
• Provide security solutions for Java microservices, React frontends, and mobile applications on Azure.
• Implement security protocols including OAuth, OIDC, SAML, MFA, and conditional access policies.
• Apply threat modeling concepts and OWASP standards to ensure application security.
• Troubleshoot complex identity scenarios using Sentinel, KQL, and audit logs.
• Manage cloud security areas including RBAC, privileged access management, and CIEM.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Ten years of experience in an Information Security role.
• Five years of experience as a Tech lead.
• Deep knowledge of application or infrastructure systems architecture across multiple system technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of Entra ID, EPM, Sentinel, Azure, and AWS Security.
• Strong knowledge of identities management including OAuth, OIDC, SAML, SSO, MFA, and conditional access policies.
• Experience providing security solutions for Java microservices, React frontends, and mobile applications on Azure.
• Work Authorization.
