What you'll do

Lead the implementation and administration of Zscaler DLP, CASB, and SSE controls.
Design and maintain enterprise DLP policies, EDM/IDM profiles, and data protection controls.
Lead the SSL Inspection strategy, including onboarding, exception governance, and troubleshooting.
Integrate Zscaler with Microsoft Purview, ServiceNow, Sentinel, and other security platforms.
Develop automation solutions using Zscaler APIs, Power Automate, and Logic Apps.
Lead DLP onboarding, policy tuning, incident response, and operational support activities.
Design and implement scalable Zscaler data protection architectures across web, cloud, and SaaS environments.

What we're looking for

9+ years of Cyber Security Engineering experience.
5+ years of Data Protection/DLP experience.
3+ years of hands-on Zscaler experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Deep expertise in Zscaler DLP, CASB, and SSL Inspection.
Experience with Microsoft Purview DLP, REST APIs, JSON, and automation tools like PowerShell, Python, Power Automate, and Logic Apps.
Experience integrating security platforms with ServiceNow, Sentinel, Splunk, and SIEM/SOAR solutions.
Work Authorization.
