What you'll do

  • Lead the design, implementation, and management of enterprise Data Loss Prevention (DLP) capabilities within the Zscaler SSE platform.
  • Design and maintain enterprise DLP policies, EDM/IDM profiles, and data protection controls across web, cloud, and SaaS environments.
  • Manage SSL Inspection strategy, including onboarding, exception governance, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Integrate Zscaler with Microsoft Purview, ServiceNow, Sentinel, and other security platforms.
  • Develop automation solutions using Zscaler APIs, Power Automate, and Logic Apps to improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead DLP onboarding, policy tuning, incident response, and ongoing operational support activities.
  • Provide technical leadership and strategic guidance for scalable data protection architectures.

What we're looking for

  • Must have 9+ years of Cyber Security Engineering experience.
  • Must have 5+ years of Data Protection/DLP experience.
  • Must have 3+ years of hands-on Zscaler experience.
  • Must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Must have deep expertise in Zscaler DLP, CASB, and SSL Inspection.
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Purview, REST APIs, JSON, and automation tools like PowerShell, Python, Power Automate, and Logic Apps.
  • Must be able to integrate security platforms with ServiceNow, Sentinel, Splunk, and SIEM/SOAR solutions.
  • Work Authorization.
