What you'll do

Architect and build media management and collaboration features for Final Cut Pro, Logic Pro, and iWork.
Set the technical direction for new and innovative features within creative tools.
Drive product features from initial concept through final delivery with end-to-end ownership.
Influence project planning and user interface decisions beyond just writing code.
Mentor other engineers and foster a culture of learning and inclusion.
Partner with designers, QA teams, and cross-functional partners throughout the development lifecycle.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience shipping high-quality, tested code on iOS and/or macOS.
Experience as a technical lead with strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Strong understanding of architectural patterns common in Apple platform development.
Solid grasp of computer science fundamentals and object-oriented design.
Proficiency in Swift and at least one UI framework (SwiftUI, UIKit, or AppKit).
Demonstrated ability to work with ambiguity and take full ownership of product features.
Track record of mentoring others while remaining open to learning and asking for help.
Experience with modern concurrency in Swift, Swift Testing/XCTest, and commitment to accessibility/localization (preferred).
