What you'll do

  • Design and implement automation systems for gas farm operations and wastewater treatment processes.
  • Develop PLC control logic, PID loops, and interlocks to optimize real-time monitoring of critical parameters.
  • Select, calibrate, and integrate field instrumentation in hazardous environments according to safety standards.
  • Lead commissioning, FAT/SAT testing, and troubleshooting of control systems with rapid alarm response.
  • Perform root-cause analysis to minimize downtime and support 24/7 operations efficiently.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in fluids/systems manufacturing, controls and automation.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or a chemical discipline.
  • Expertise in hazardous process environments like aerospace, oil and gas, or chemicals.
  • PLC programming skills, preferably with Siemens TIA Portal structured text + ladder.
  • Ability to design, implement, and maintain SCADA systems for gas farm operations.
  • Experience with field bus networks, serial communication, Profinet, and Ethernet communications.
