What you'll do

Design, develop, and manage automation projects for high-volume manufacturing.
Manage specifications, costs, lead times, installation, and commissioning of new equipment.
Own safety strategy and implement ANSI/RIA15.06/OSHA compliant systems.
Architect, write, and debug structured, maintainable PLC code for production applications.
Create aesthetically simple HMI screens to simplify machine operation and troubleshooting.
Design electrical systems compliant with NEC, NFPA, and UL508A regulations.
Manage electrical cabinet builds, field wiring, pneumatic plumbing, and fluid systems.
Debug and perform root-cause analysis for equipment in high-rate production environments.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
5+ years of experience in the design and commissioning of controls systems for industrial applications.
Experience with PLC programming, preferably Beckhoff TwinCAT or Siemens TIA Portal.
Experience with HMI and SCADA programming, preferably Ignition or Beckhoff TwinCAT HMI.
Proficiency in C#, .NET, Python, and/or SQL.
Knowledge of NEC, NFPA, and UL508A regulations for electrical system design.
Experience with 3D CAD (preferably Siemens NX) and electrical schematic CAD (preferably EPlan).
Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or eligible for export control authorizations.
