What you'll do

Design, develop, and manage automation projects for high-volume production.
Manage specifications, cost, lead-time, installation, and commissioning of new equipment.
Implement ANSI/RIA15.06/OSHA compliant safety systems and strategies.
Collaborate with mechanical designers to create system requirements and architecture.
Debug, root-cause, and continuously improve equipment in high-rate production environments.
Create and maintain detailed documentation for hand-off to operational teams.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in designing and commissioning controls systems for industrial applications.
Proficient in robot programming, preferably with ABB robots.
Expertise in PLC programming using Beckhoff TwinCAT or Siemens TIA Portal.
Experience with HMI and SCADA programming, ideally Ignition or Beckhoff TwinCAT HMI.
Knowledge of NEC, UL508A codes and safety standards compliance (ANSI/RIA15.06/OSHA).
Exposure to a variety of industrial machinery and fast-paced iterative design environments.
Ability to automate the aggregation of metrics into dashboards and alerting systems.
