What you'll do

Lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team to architect and optimize high-output factories.
Spearhead automation for internal advanced silicon packaging lines to reduce costs and supply chain risks.
Set technical standards and create opportunities for continuous improvement across the engineering team.
Recruit and mentor top engineering talent to build a high-performing team.
Develop new processes and deploy entire factories with high machine reliability and safety standards.
Identify high-impact projects by collaborating with automation, mechanical, process, and production leadership.
Ensure all factory systems comply with safety regulations and maintain an excellent safety record.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
3+ years of professional experience in an automation engineering role.
Experience leading engineers and technicians with a demonstrated ability to provide technical direction and mentorship.
Experience developing roadmaps and motivating teams to achieve project goals.
Semiconductor industry experience, including familiarity with SECS/GEM protocols and SEMI standards.
Expertise in motion systems design, electrical sizing, and designing fail-safe electrical circuits.
Proficiency in PLC programming (preferably Beckhoff TwinCAT), HMI/SCADA systems, and fieldbus networking protocols.
Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or eligible for required export control authorizations.
