What you'll do

Map existing architecture and digital transformation solutions to specific customer and partner business outcomes.
Identify and mitigate business and technical risks while ensuring alignment with business priorities and goals.
Act as a technical advisor to C-level executives to align on security, compliance, and risk requirements.
Provide technical leadership and orchestration across engagements to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet objectives.
Develop repeatable intellectual property and solutions to accelerate Azure consumption and customer value realization.
Present business cases to program managers to influence product roadmaps, decision-making, and bug fix prioritization.
Identify patterns in customer feedback to develop strategic, actionable recommendations for Engineering and Product teams.
Lead readiness and upskilling activities to mentor colleagues on technical concepts and proven practices.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field OR equivalent experience.
8+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting, systems administration, network operations, software development, or architecture with a Bachelor's Degree.
6+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, or architecture with a Master's Degree.
4+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting, systems administration, network operations, software development, or architecture with a Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent experience.
4+ years of experience working in a customer-facing role.
Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google) or security certifications.
U.S. citizenship is required for verification due to government agency support.
Ability to drive technical excellence across Azure workloads including AI, applications, infrastructure, and data.
