What you'll do

Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional and non-functional business requirements.
Design and implement internal process improvements by automating manual tasks and optimizing data delivery.
Build infrastructure for extracting, transforming, and loading data from diverse sources using SQL and Azure technologies.
Develop analytics tools to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition and operational efficiency.
Create specialized data tools and resources for the analytics and data science teams.
Perform root cause analysis on complex datasets to resolve issues and ensure reporting integrity.
Manage project delivery and version control using Agile methodologies, Jira, and Git.
Build scalable, cloud-native data warehouses and marts using Azure Databricks and Data Factory.

What we're looking for

Master’s degree in Business Analytics or Computer and Information Technology with 3 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics or Computer and Information Technology with 5 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in developing, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex SQL queries across Snowflake, Teradata, Oracle, and SQL Server.
Experience designing enterprise-grade datasets, data marts, and warehouses using dimensional modeling and Medallion architectures.
Ability to develop end-to-end data pipelines using Python, Scala, Java, and JavaScript.
Proficiency in Azure technologies including Databricks, Data Lake Storage (ADLS), and Data Factory.
Experience using Agile methodologies, Jira, Jira Align, and Git for project management and version control.
Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
