Provide technical leadership and mentorship to onshore and offshore developers.
Build and optimize the T-Mobile for Business Order Platform for reliable processing.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience.
4-7 years of technical engineering experience.
Strong software development and design experience in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud (AKS, App Services, Functions, CI/CD pipelines).
Proficiency with MongoDB databases and integrations.
Experience in monitoring and logging using tools such as Splunk.
Background in Telecom and supporting B2B organizations (preferred).
Authorized to work in the United States.
