Senior Engineers, Software

What you'll do

• Develop a full software stack including enterprise-scale, consumer-facing web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Design and build content-driven web solutions using Adobe Experience Manager, including Sites, HTL, and Sling Models.
• Create RESTful services and data layers using JPA and Hibernate while implementing security via Spring Security (JWT, OAuth2).
• Build dynamic user interfaces using Alpine.js, semantic HTML, and CSS while ensuring WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility compliance.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and deploy containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor system performance and distributed tracing using Splunk, Splunk Observability, and OpenTelemetry.
• Translate business and functional requirements into a documented backlog in partnership with the Product Owner.
• Write clear technical documentation for new code, system designs, and business requirements for management review.

What we're looking for

• Master’s degree in Computer or Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related, and 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related, and 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience developing enterprise-scale, consumer-facing web applications using Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Experience building content-driven web solutions using Adobe Experience Manager, including Sites, HTL, Sling Models, OSGi, JCR, and Dispatcher caching.
• Experience creating RESTful services using Java, Spring Boot, JPA, and Hibernate, and implementing security with Spring Security (JWT, OAuth2).
• Experience building dynamic user interfaces with Alpine.js, semantic HTML, CSS (Flexbox, Grid), and optimizing performance with Webpack or Vite.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, containerizing applications with Docker and Kubernetes, and monitoring with Splunk and OpenTelemetry.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
