What you'll do

Drive cloud network program schedules and resolve technical issues to ensure timely service delivery.

Coordinate with multi-functional teams to align programs and manage stakeholder expectations.
Develop and maintain program management disciplines for tracking commitments, milestones, and priorities.

Facilitate requirements sessions, design meetings, and progress updates for engineering teams.
Forge strategic relationships with internal and external leadership to influence project prioritization.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize internal processes and workflows.

What we're looking for

Proven skill in presenting to all levels of an organization.
Deep experience in software development project and program management, including end-to-end delivery and roadmap building.
Strong facilitation skills for requirements sessions, design meetings, and status updates.
Experience in ongoing process improvement.
Ability to assess and mitigate risk while managing change in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MacOS, iPad OS, and iOS.
Proficiency in common collaboration tools such as MS Office or Wrike.
10+ years of experience in software development project management for SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure domains.
