Sr. Engineering Program Manager, Cloud Infrastructure, Apple Services Engineering joins the Cloud Infrastructure team to drive programs focused on building Cloud Observability and Storage Platforms. Manage programs focused on building and scaling Cloud Observability and Storage Platforms.
Partner with diverse internal teams to develop and manage complex cloud infrastructure systems.
Identify and resolve technical interdependencies while reducing complexity for engineering partners.
Evaluate new requests and information against existing system constraints and requirements.
Lead the development, prioritization, and execution of product roadmaps.
Conduct risk analysis and define metrics to drive program maturity and process optimization.
Facilitate requirements gathering and design brainstorming sessions with technical stakeholders.
Influence cross-functional partners and drive decision-making without direct authority.
What we're looking for
12+ years of experience as an engineering program manager in the cloud infrastructure domain, specifically focusing on observability and cloud storage.
Strong background in software delivery and services infrastructure engineering.
Proficiency in software development processes (SDLC) and various project management methodologies.
Experience with risk analysis and developing, prioritizing, and leading roadmaps.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or deep relevant industry experience.
Prior program management experience for Site Reliability Engineering or DevOps (preferred).
Excellent written/verbal communication, polished presentation skills, and ability to influence without direct authority (preferred).
Proven record in defining processes, developing metrics, and driving program maturity (preferred).
