What you'll do

Architect and oversee high-volume data integration between the Databricks lakehouse and NeoXam MDM platform.
Utilize Databricks features like Unity Catalog and Delta Live Tables to optimize large-scale financial data pipelines.
Implement Mosaic AI and agentic frameworks to automate data transformation and anomaly detection.
Lead, manage, and mentor multiple teams of product-focused software and data engineers.
Migrate legacy assets and terabytes of data to a modern AWS cloud microservice architecture.
Foster a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement of software engineering practices.

What we're looking for

Minimum 9 years of experience in software engineering and data platform development for enterprise-scale solutions.
Minimum 7 years of people management experience leading technical teams and driving organizational growth.
Advanced expertise in cloud data platforms like Databricks or Snowflake, including data lakehouse architectures and ETL/ELT processes.
Strong experience with cloud infrastructure including AWS services (S3, EMR, Glue, Lambda) or equivalent platforms like Azure or GCP.
Proven leadership in large-scale data migrations and system modernization initiatives.
Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline with 13+ years of experience (preferred).
Deep expertise in Master Data Management platforms such as NeoXam, Informatica MDM, or IBM InfoSphere (preferred).
Advanced AI/ML and Generative AI experience with frameworks like MLflow, Kubeflow, or SageMaker (preferred).
