Director Product Management, Enterprise AI Platforms & Tools

What you'll do

• Define the strategy and roadmap for enterprise AI platforms, tools, and internal AI assistants.
• Translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements for large-scale AI products.
• Build business cases to develop, acquire, or invest in new AI/ML capabilities and datasets.
• Prioritize product development tasks across competing demands using data-driven analysis and rigor.
• Define requirements for core platform capabilities including model serving, search, and automation pipelines.
• Guide the use of cloud technologies to build and deploy automated ML and analytics pipelines.
• Establish evaluation frameworks to pilot and deploy new technologies into the internal AI ecosystem.
• Drive product adoption by measuring usage, gathering feedback, and continuously improving user experience.

What we're looking for

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• A Master's, MBA, or advanced degree is preferred.
• Candidates must have 12+ years of progressive experience in technical product management.
• Strong working knowledge of large language models (LLMs), foundation models, and modern generative AI is required.
• Familiarity with agentic AI, including autonomous agents, tool use, planning, and human-in-the-loop design is required.
• Hands-on understanding of emerging interoperability standards like Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent protocols is required.
• Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases, embeddings, and model customization techniques is required.
• Familiarity with MLOps/LLMOps tooling, AI evaluation, observability, and responsible AI governance practices is required.
