Senior Director, Product Management, DealCloud for Legal

What you'll do

• Drive the strategy for designing and implementing enhancements to DealCloud Activator and its AI engines.
• Conduct requirements discovery sessions with clients and prospects to identify opportunities for deeper analysis.
• Own the product roadmap for dedicated site areas and communicate plans proactively to management.
• Manage the product backlog and lead story times with the engineering team to deliver quarterly releases.
• Incorporate AI and Machine Learning technologies into the solution to differentiate the product in the market.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive field engagement plans and early adopter programs.
• Make build vs. buy vs. integrate decisions based on client outcomes and stakeholder needs.
• Communicate with executives to explain product strategy and ensure solutions meet business requirements.

What we're looking for

• 10-15 years of experience working on or with B2B cloud-based SaaS enterprise solutions used by law firms and lawyers.
• Significant experience in product management, specifically building and executing on product roadmaps.
• Experience managing and/or developing software products for business development or CRM-like products.
• Experience managing and/or developing products directly relevant to Legal, Accounting, Consulting, Financial Services and Real Asset industries.
• Experience developing and shipping AI products.
• Bachelor’s degree in an Analytical field (preferred: MBA).
• Proven ability to collaborate, build consensus, and influence others across broad backgrounds and organizational levels (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to speak in front of an audience (preferred).
