What you'll do

  • Define and drive the product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for the Partner Incentives and Sales Performance Management platform.
  • Develop AI-powered features that are intuitive and transparent for a diverse range of customers.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities by translating business needs into scalable platform solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of scalable and reusable capabilities across multiple engineering teams.
  • Drive AI-enabled capabilities for incentive compensation, quota planning, and performance analytics.
  • Build payout processing and earnings transparency features to ensure accurate and compliant disbursements.
  • Collaborate with engineering to shape technical architectures involving data platforms and financial infrastructure.
  • Use data to measure platform outcomes and iterate on products to balance short-term delivery with long-term scalability.

What we're looking for

  • 7-10+ years of product management experience designing and delivering platform or ecosystem products at scale.
  • Experience with Sales Performance Management (SPM) platforms such as SAP Incentive Management, Varicent, Xactly, or equivalent.
  • Experience building compensation and incentive capabilities at scale.
  • Experience working in or alongside finance and accounting functions, including familiarity with SOX compliance and financial controls.
  • Proven track record of delivering AI/ML-driven products in the compensation, financial operations, or sales performance space.
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into product management workflows.
  • Strong technical fluency in APIs, distributed systems, and data platforms to influence technical decisions.
  • Undergraduate degree required; computer science or engineering focus preferred; MBA is a plus.
