What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of product management experience in designing and delivering large-scale platform products.
  • Deep expertise in Sales Performance Management (SPM) platforms and building compensation capabilities at scale.
  • Strong technical background with fluency in APIs, distributed systems, and data platforms.
  • Proven track record of defining multi-year product strategies and driving cross-functional execution.
  • Experience working closely with finance and accounting functions, including SOX compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner deeply with engineering teams and influence technical decisions.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
