VP, Product Management, Profitability

What you'll do

• Own the product roadmap for Intapp Time, Billstream, and Celeste-powered profitability capabilities.
• Manage the work-to-cash domain including pricing, scoping, time capture, pre-bill review, and collections.
• Sequence the product roadmap against revenue commitments and defend strategic tradeoffs with evidence.
• Hire, coach, and develop a team of product managers against established standards for discovery and launch readiness.
• Establish repeatable disciplines for AI-native product judgment, agent behavior, and auditability standards.
• Partner with Engineering, Services, and Sales to ensure product velocity, deployment, and field readiness.
• Serve as the senior product voice for clients, analysts, and partners to inform the roadmap.
• Own product health and lead the monthly product review for the Profitability Business Unit.

What we're looking for

• Experience in B2B enterprise software product management leadership, including leading teams through platform or architectural transitions.
• Direct product ownership of billing, invoicing, revenue capture, pricing, or work-to-cash systems.
• Proven track record of building a product management function, including hiring, coaching, and establishing standards of practice.
• Experience taking AI or machine learning products from concept to adoption, including designing for governance and auditability.
• Technical fluency across data platforms, APIs, integrations, and enterprise architecture to support build-versus-integrate decisions.
• Ability to represent the product narrative to clients, analysts, and partners with high credibility.
• Experience in a regulated industry or professional services firm (preferred).
• Experience in legal tech or law firm environments (preferred).
