What you'll do

Lead the vision, strategy, and execution for Growth Apps within Customer Experience Services.
Define and scale enterprise-grade AI applications and intelligence-driven user workflows.
Own the engineering strategy to convert product innovation into repeatable systems for adoption and retention.
Partner with Product, Design, and AI/ML teams to deliver integrated, user-centric solutions.
Mentor and grow a world-class team of engineering leaders and individual contributors.
Maintain a deep technical grasp of system architecture to guide high-stakes engineering decisions.
Serve as a visible thought leader at industry events and within the developer community.

What we're looking for

15+ years of experience in software engineering.
5+ years of experience leading Engineering Directors and Senior Managers in a matrixed, high-growth environment.
Experience leading teams building complex, AI-powered web applications at scale.
Proven success delivering 0-to-1 product experiences in AI, data platforms, or enterprise SaaS.
Experience launching Marketing agents, Ad tech, or Sales tech products (preferred).
Ability to drive user experience excellence through engineering in partnership with design and research teams.
Strategic thinking with hands-on technical depth to evaluate system architecture and articulate trade-offs.
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
