What you'll do

Lead a team responsible for the delivery, operation, and scaling of OCI programs for strategic customers.
Manage large-scale GPU deployments from initial execution through operational readiness and service expansion.
Establish operating rhythms, KPIs, and execution frameworks to improve program predictability and transparency.
Identify and mitigate delivery risks, operational gaps, and technical blockers before they impact the customer.
Oversee incident readiness, escalation management, and corrective-action tracking for high-priority environments.
Translate complex technical requirements into clear milestones for senior customer stakeholders and internal leaders.
Mentor and develop program managers to improve execution quality and operational discipline.

What we're looking for

Candidates must have 10+ years of experience.
Experience leading program management, infrastructure delivery, or customer engineering teams at scale is preferred.
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, data center operations, GPU infrastructure, networking, compute, and storage is required.
Demonstrated success driving complex cross-functional programs across engineering, product, operations, support, and customer-facing teams.
Experience working directly with senior customer stakeholders and executive leadership is preferred.
Proven skills in communication, presentation, relationship-building, and escalation management are required.
Prior people management experience including coaching and mentoring senior program leaders is preferred.
Ability to provide clarity in ambiguous situations and manage high-pressure environments is required.
