Principal Data Scientist, Supply Chain Operations

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain machine learning models to improve forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply planning.
• Design and build scalable data pipelines and architectures for real-time operational reporting.
• Create automated workflows and reusable frameworks to eliminate manual processes in the supply chain.
• Build dashboards and KPI frameworks to provide end-to-end visibility into global logistics and manufacturing performance.
• Develop predictive models to support scenario planning, capacity management, and risk identification.
• Implement ETL processes while ensuring data quality, security, and governance across enterprise systems.
• Translate complex data findings into actionable insights for stakeholders in procurement, manufacturing, and logistics.

What we're looking for

• Must have 7 to 10+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, automation, AI/ML, or related technical roles.
• Must possess strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data engineering, automation, and analytics.
• Must have experience designing and developing scalable data pipelines, analytics platforms, and automation solutions.
• Must have experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, orchestration frameworks, and cloud-based data platforms.
• Must have knowledge of AI/ML techniques, predictive analytics, and automation frameworks.
• Must be proficient in business intelligence and visualization tools such as Oracle Analytics Cloud, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Preferred experience supporting supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, procurement, or cloud infrastructure operations.
• Preferred familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (SCM, Procurement, Planning, ERP).
