What you'll do

  • Manage the launch of organization-wide programs and products aligned with corporate strategy.
  • Perform talent management duties including recruitment, performance management, coaching, and career development.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or commensurate experience).
  • Typically 15+ years of job-related and/or management experience.
  • Experience in IT supervisory roles or a related field is preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Agile Methodology, Scrum, and project management.
  • Expertise in cloud platforms including Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure.
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM), infrastructure design, and automation.
  • Skills in business process improvement, change management, and strategic thinking.
