What we're looking for
Must have a Doctorate, or a Master’s with 2 years of experience, or a Bachelor’s with 4 years of experience, or an Associate’s with 8 years of experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 10 years of Data Scientist experience.
Must have strong Python development experience for applications, automation, AI, and analytics.
Must have advanced SQL and large-scale data processing experience.
Must have experience developing Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
Must have experience with Databricks, AWS, and cloud-native architectures.
Must have experience with data pipelines, workflow orchestration, and data quality monitoring.
Must have strong stakeholder management and communication skills to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, manufacturing, or regulated environments (preferred).
