What you'll do

  • Ensure all analytical solutions comply with regulatory, security, privacy, and data governance requirements.

What we're looking for

  • A Doctorate degree, or Master’s plus 2 years experience, or Bachelor’s plus 4 years experience, or Associate’s plus 8 years of data science experience.
  • High school diploma or GED with 10 years of data science or related quantitative experience.
  • Demonstrated experience independently leading end-to-end data science or advanced analytics projects and delivering measurable business value (preferred).
  • Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and PySpark (preferred).
  • Experience designing and applying supervised/unsupervised machine learning models using libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch (preferred).
  • Experience with large datasets, distributed computing, cloud environments, Databricks/Spark, and Git (preferred).
  • Strong statistical skills and ability to communicate complex technical analyses as actionable recommendations for business stakeholders (preferred).
  • Experience with commercial measurement methods like causal inference, attribution, or marketing effectiveness (preferred).
