What you'll do

Lead discovery by clarifying business workflows, user outcomes, data readiness, and production implications.
Translate complex business problems into executable solution designs, delivery plans, and technical workstreams.
Build and prototype production components including AI-enabled applications, RAG, bounded agents, and APIs.
Define and maintain integrated architecture across applications, data pipelines, models, and security controls.
Orchestrate delivery across full-stack software engineering, data science, ML, and security roles.
Establish integrated testing, AI evaluation, and governance covering performance, security, and model behavior.
Coordinate production readiness through CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and staged release management.
Communicate risks and trade-offs while converting delivery lessons into reusable components and playbooks.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
Diploma with 2+ years of experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
Strong hands-on proficiency in Python and SQL with experience designing or reviewing production software, APIs, and data flows.
Advanced capability in at least one pillar: Applied AI/ML, GenAI/RAG/agents, full-stack and integration engineering, or AI platform/MLOps.
Enterprise solution architecture and integration experience across applications, APIs, services, and data flows (preferred).
Applied AI/ML and GenAI engineering experience including production Python, SQL, RAG, and foundation-model integration (preferred).
Cloud, DevSecOps, and lifecycle operations experience including containers, CI/CD, and MLOps/LLMOps (preferred).
Experience with Databricks, AWS, Spark, LLMs, and agentic development solutions (preferred).
