What you'll do

Build and maintain product-driven initiatives to expand Identity and Device data offerings.
Develop scalable, fault-tolerant data processing pipelines for real-time and batch data delivery.
Improve the codebase to ensure it is extensible, reusable, and maintainable.
Increase unit test coverage across the existing codebase.
Redesign data models to modernize products, improve performance, and reduce costs.
Participate in code reviews and technical problem-solving sessions.
Provide on-call support for production systems as a subject matter expert.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a comparable field of study.
5+ years of experience in big data engineering modeling and developing large data pipelines.
Hands-on experience with distributed systems like Databricks using Spark, Presto, or Hive to process petabyte-level datasets.
Strong proficiency in Python, Scala/Spark, and SQL for processing large datasets.
Experience with at least one major MPP or cloud database technology such as Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or Databricks.
Familiarity with data modeling techniques and standard data warehousing methodologies.
Solid experience with data integration and orchestration tools like Airflow and CI/CD pipelines.
Solid experience with AWS S3 and familiarity with cloud infrastructure technologies like Terraform.
