What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s in engineering or mechatronics/automation with 5+ years of experience
- Proficient in PLC programming (ladder logic & structured text) and machine vision systems
- Experience with Rockwell Automation ControlLogix, Cognex vision systems, and industrial robotics
- Ability to design and program complex automated control systems including HMIs and motion control
- Hands-on experience with mechanical systems, CAD modeling, and digital integration using PLCs and SCADA
- Strong project management skills for budgeting, scheduling, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication skills for technical concept articulation and team collaboration
