The Cloud Solution Architect - Copilot serves as a customer-facing strategic advisor and technical subject matter expert. This role focuses on driving AI transformation by helping organizations adopt Copilot Chat, Agents, and M365 Copilot to create measurable business value and ROI. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading architectural designs, translating customer challenges into actionable solutions, and leveraging agentic AI through prompt engineering and agent-building expertise. The position requires proficiency in Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility, including plugins and connectors, Copilot Studio for orchestration and customization, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure Cognitive Services, and GitHub Copilot. Candidates must possess experience in cloud infrastructure, systems administration, or software development to solve complex technical problems and accelerate the integration of advanced AI capabilities across various devices and business applications.
Translate customer challenges into actionable AI solutions aligned with high ROI outcomes.
Lead architectural design for Copilot Chat, Agents, and M365 Copilot to ensure sustained usage.
Use Copilot prompt engineering and Agent-building expertise to drive AI at scale.
Partner with sales teams to identify growth opportunities and develop tailored expansion solutions.
Share expertise in relevant communities and contribute to the creation and reuse of intellectual property.
Provide proactive feedback and success stories to inform internal strategy and execution.
Maintain technical readiness through continuous self-directed learning of Copilot and M365 platforms.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field and 2+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure or IT consulting.
Equivalent experience to the required degree and years of experience is accepted.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field and 8+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure or IT consulting (preferred).
Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field and 6+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure or IT consulting (preferred).
4+ years of experience working in a customer-facing role (preferred).
4+ years of experience working on technical projects (preferred).
Technical Certification in Cloud, such as Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, Google, or security certifications (preferred).
Demonstrated technical expertise in Microsoft Copilot extensibility, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI Service, or GitHub Copilot (preferred).
