What you'll do

Design and develop BAW filters from initial concept through to full production.
Perform advanced EM simulations using HFSS, ADS, or COMSOL to model performance and ensure manufacturability.
Design RF modules including layout, packaging, and integration with amplifiers, switches, and antennas.
Optimize filter metrics such as insertion loss, bandwidth, and out-of-band rejection under size and cost constraints.
Develop test plans and perform RF measurements using network analyzers and spectrum analyzers.
Create detailed design reports, simulation results, and technical documentation for production handoff.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or other engineering discipline.
5+ years of experience in RF filter design with a focus on BAW or SAW.
Experience in EM simulation tools such as HFSS, CST, ADS, or COMSOL.
Experience with radio test and measurement equipment including spectrum analyzers, vector signal analyzers, and network analyzers.
Master’s degree or PhD in electrical engineering with emphasis in RF/antenna engineering (preferred).
Experience with 5G, Wi-Fi, or IoT RF front-end module design (preferred).
Familiarity with MEMS fabrication processes for BAW filters (preferred).
Knowledge of mixed-signal design and co-simulation with analog/digital circuits (preferred).
Experience with scripting languages like Python or MATLAB for automation (preferred).
Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee as per ITAR requirements.
