What you'll do

Design and develop BAW filters from initial concept through final production.
Perform advanced EM simulations using tools like HFSS, ADS, or COMSOL to optimize filter performance.

Optimize key metrics such as insertion loss, return loss, bandwidth, and out-of-band rejection.
Develop test plans and perform RF measurements using network and spectrum analyzers.
Create detailed design reports and technical documentation for production handoff.
Contribute to the development of next-generation RF solutions by monitoring industry trends.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or another engineering discipline.
5+ years of experience in RF filter design with a focus on BAW or SAW.
Experience using EM simulation tools such as HFSS, CST, ADS, or COMSOL.
Experience with radio test and measurement equipment including spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and signal generators.
Master's degree or PhD in electrical engineering with an emphasis in RF/antenna engineering is preferred.
Experience with 5G, Wi-Fi, or IoT RF front-end module design is preferred.
Familiarity with MEMS fabrication processes for BAW filters and scripting languages like Python or MATLAB is preferred.
U.S. citizen.
