What you'll do

Develop and maintain Process Design Kits (PDKs) to support end-to-end RF filter design flows across multiple EDA tools.
Architect scalable software frameworks for PDK generation, validation, deployment, and regression testing.
Create technology files, parameterized cells, device models, and DRC/LVS rule decks to capture manufacturing constraints.
Build AI-assisted tools and automated workflows to eliminate repetitive tasks and improve engineering productivity.
Develop software applications, APIs, and web dashboards to integrate PDKs with internal monitoring and analytics systems.
Translate complex Design Rule Manuals into robust, maintainable, and automated PDK implementations.
Deploy emerging AI technologies and large language models to accelerate scripting, documentation, and design optimization.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or another engineering discipline.
5+ years of experience in EDA, PDK development, software engineering, or RF/microwave design.
3+ years of object-oriented programming experience.
Master’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or software engineering (preferred).
Advanced Python and C++ programming experience (preferred).
Experience with microwave, RF, MEMS, or XBAW filter technologies (preferred).
Experience with electromagnetic simulation tools including HFSS (preferred).
Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee to meet ITAR requirements.
