What you'll do

Design, develop, and maintain Process Design Kits (PDKs) for RF filter design flows across Cadence AWR, ADS, and HFSS.
Architect scalable software frameworks for PDK generation, validation, deployment, and regression testing.
Develop technology files, parameterized cells, device models, layout rules, and EM simulation setups.
Build AI-assisted tools and automation workflows to optimize parameter selection, anomaly detection, and documentation.
Develop software applications, APIs, and web-based dashboards to integrate PDKs with internal engineering infrastructure.
Translate Design Rule Manuals into automated PDK implementations and validation suites for physical verification.
Evaluate and deploy emerging AI technologies, including large language models, to accelerate scripting and design optimization.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or another engineering discipline.
5+ years of experience in EDA, PDK development, software engineering, or RF/microwave design.
3+ years of object-oriented programming experience.
Master’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or software engineering (preferred).
Advanced Python and C++ programming experience (preferred).
Experience with microwave, RF, MEMS, or XBAW filter technologies (preferred).
Experience with electromagnetic simulation tools including HFSS (preferred).
U.S. citizenship, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or eligibility to obtain required Department of State authorizations.
