What you'll do

Design and develop BAW filters from initial concept through final production.
Perform advanced EM simulations using HFSS, ADS, or COMSOL to model performance and ensure manufacturability.
Design RF modules including layout, packaging, and integration with amplifiers, switches, and antennas.
Optimize filter metrics such as insertion loss, return loss, bandwidth, and out-of-band rejection.
Develop test plans and perform RF measurements using network analyzers and spectrum analyzers.
Create detailed design reports and technical documentation for design reviews and production handoff.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or another engineering discipline.
At least 1 year of experience with RF, antenna, or communication systems.
Experience using EM simulation tools such as HFSS, CST, ADS, or COMSOL.
Experience with radio test and measurement equipment including spectrum analyzers and network analyzers.
Master's degree or PhD in electrical engineering with an emphasis on RF/antenna engineering.
Experience with 5G, Wi-Fi, or IoT RF front-end module design.
Familiarity with MEMS fabrication processes for BAW filters.
Ability to meet ITAR requirements regarding U.S. citizenship, residency, or specific legal status.
