What you'll do

Integrate electromechanical and mechatronic systems with investment casting equipment like wax injectors and melting furnaces.
Design and develop manufacturing data systems from concept to production to analyze KPI trends and reliability.
Implement Python and SQL solutions for data collection, storage, and real-time condition monitoring.
Create and optimize HMI, SCADA, and MES interfaces for process optimization and predictive analytics.
Architect, write, and debug structured PLC code for manufacturing applications.
Design NFPA79/NEC compliant electrical control panels and create electrical, pneumatic, and fluid schematics.
Implement safety systems to safeguard robots, gantries, and conveyors in compliance with industrial standards.
Select and size electrical components such as servo motors and controllers while managing cabinet builds and field wiring.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or computer science.
5+ years of experience in designing and commissioning automation and control systems for industrial applications.
Proficiency in Python and SQL for data collection, sensor analysis, and predictive modeling.
Experience with multiple PLC systems including Siemens, Allen-Bradley, and Beckhoff.
Ability to design electrical, pneumatic, and fluid schematics using tools like ePLAN.
Expertise in configuring industrial control networks such as Ethernet/IP, PROFINET, and BACnet.
Experience troubleshooting electromechanical devices and components like servo motors and controllers.
Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or eligible for required export control authorizations.
