What you'll do

Integrate electromechanical and mechatronic systems with investment casting equipment like wax injectors and furnaces.
Design and develop manufacturing data systems for KPI analysis, reliability tracking, and real-time process optimization.
Implement Python and SQL solutions to interface sensor data with MES and production databases.
Create and optimize HMI, SCADA, and MES interfaces for equipment health monitoring and predictive analytics.
Architect, write, and debug structured PLC code for manufacturing applications.
Design NFPA/NEC compliant electrical control panels and create electrical, pneumatic, and fluid schematics.
Implement safety systems to safeguard robots, gantries, and conveyors in compliance with industrial standards.
Select and size electrical components such as servo motors and controllers while managing cabinet builds and field wiring.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or computer science.
1+ years of experience in the design and commissioning of automation and control systems for industrial applications.
Proficiency in Python and SQL for data collection, sensor analysis, and predictive modeling.
Experience with multiple PLC systems such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Beckhoff.
Ability to design electrical, pneumatic, and fluid schematics using tools like ePLAN.
Expertise in configuring industrial control networks including Ethernet/IP, PROFINET, BACnet, and Serial Communication.
Experience troubleshooting electromechanical devices using hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or have applicable status to meet ITAR requirements.
